Josep Maria Cabané is a catalan artis. He was born in 1963 in Barcelona, where he lives and works. This work I reproduced is a work call Memòria i Ceguesa (Memory and Blindness, 2004-2013). It is a pictorial investigation into the representation of European historical memory, a reflection on the crisis of artistic language “after Auschwitz” and on the boundaries of its representation.
