Recently we did a photo shoot for Bolita Bun, a young innovative company based in London, who are developing a new concept of Buns for the Gastronomic world. The buns have an incredible range of flavours and open up many possibilties for cuisine.
The Recipes have been created by the Chef Santiago Lastra, interpreted and developed by the Food Stylist Valerie Berry, imagining a wide range of clients. For these photos we collaborated with the Stylist Luis Peral, who has an excellent eye for detail.
